The vehicle model didn't match the booking (got a KIA), and the car was handed over at the roadside instead of at the store. I didn't receive any notification, and it took me an hour to contact the rental company. The overall experience was poor. When returning the car, I was charged an unreasonable amount for fuel because I didn’t fill up the tank.

I've never seen such a terrible car rental company! When I returned the car, they inspected it and told me everything was fine. After I left, they randomly charged me! They found an insignificant scratch nobody would notice and charged me 720 euros for it! I even left my email on the contract, but instead of sending me an email, they sent it to Zuzuche. And Zuzuche didn't even check such an important email! I only found out about the charge after it had been processed! It's impossible to get my money back now! I got completely scammed this time! If you're considering renting from this company, think twice. You might be the next one to get scammed!

The counter staff let us wait when we first arrived and took no notice of us until they were done with whatever else they were doing. On drop off they were barely communicative with no thank you all for renting from them.
