The insurance deductible is a scam! The car had no reverse radar and I hit a roadside lamp, causing some damage. The deductible was exactly 8560 Baht! An insurance trap!!!

Excellent, the car only had 18,000 kilometers, it was in good condition and clean. The pick-up process was really quick, and so was the return. Only needed about 10 minutes.

It was a very good car rental experience. We found the store immediately after exiting the airport. The staff, including a guy and a lady, explained everything clearly in English. When picking up the car, the guy even helped us with our luggage without asking for a tip. We wanted to give him 50 THB, but we only had a 1000 THB bill, so we didn't. We are sincerely grateful. The actual car we got was a Nissan Sunny in excellent condition with only about 10,000 kilometers. Overall, we are very satisfied.
