Pick-up and drop-off were really smooth and hassle-free, but the car didn’t have any parking sensors, which was a bit inconvenient.

Service was excellent — they inspected the car very carefully and gave me really detailed tips and things to watch out for.

When you pick up the car, make sure you take tons of photos and videos. When I returned it, they almost tried to charge me for pre‑existing damage—luckily I had everything recorded.

Pick-up took a bit long while they were confirming the booking, but returning the car was super easy. They just checked the fuel was full, the guy walked around the car once and that was it. I was honestly surprised, because I’d read online that returns can be really strict and they’ll try to find every tiny scratch to cause trouble, but that didn’t happen to us at all. The chubby uncle who handled the return was really nice. I’d definitely consider renting from them again next time.
