The staff claimed there was a smoke smell in the car even though I don't smoke, intentionally delaying my airport departure and forcibly withholding the deposit.
Hertz provided excellent service. There was a staff member guiding us to pick up the car. Although the return was outside of business hours, an employee was already waiting in the parking lot. The whole process was very efficient, definitely worth using their service again.
