They arbitrarily added extra insurance. After returning home, I found the bill was incorrect and there were additional charges on my credit card. This is unacceptable.
The staff at the company were very friendly and enthusiastic. I am very satisfied! However, the map address and the physical address of the store did not match, which caused me to take extra steps when scouting the location beforehand.
Counter staff was great he explained everything to us and made sure that we understood everything.
