When we arrived at the rental location at the reserved time, we had to wait for 2-3 hours, and the car we received was only 60% full on fuel. No one informed us that we didn’t need to return the car with a full tank. We ended up refueling it fully upon return and our request for a refund of the difference was denied. Future renters, be extra cautious.
Strongly not recommended. This was the worst part of the entire trip booking. They forced extra charges, even though I already bought insurance, and still demanded a mandatory purchase. It was inconvenient too. I admit I should have done better research. Make sure to check more tips, everyone!
Received brand new car with 100km on the clock, fully loaded.
Staff very nice and polite, first time someone havent tried to sell me extra insurance.
Pick up - i was scared by lot of people leaving cars but all went smooth.
