Zuzuche service was great, but Europcar was terrible! 1. When picking up the car, I was downgraded. The Volkswagen model I chose on the Zuzuche app was more expensive than the Hyundai model I actually received. If I had rented the Hyundai directly, it would have been cheaper. I paid for a Volkswagen but ended up with a cheaper Hyundai. I asked the staff to change the car, but they said the picture is just for reference and they don't guarantee the model. Other rental companies usually upgrade the car if they can't provide the specific model shown in the picture, but the Europcar staff insisted they had no cars available and gave me a cheaper model. I asked to cancel the rental, but they said I could return the car but wouldn't get a refund. Since my travel plans were fixed, I had no choice but to accept this arrangement. Throughout the process, their attitude towards us as Chinese customers was very unfriendly. 2. After picking up the car, I noticed that its maintenance was due during our rental period. 3. After returning the car on January 13, I still hadn't received my deposit back by early March.
