For these 8 days, I only drove on highways, never drove on any dirt or gravel roads. November in California is neither too hot nor too cold, how could the tire blow out?! The tires must've already had issues! The customer service is supposed to be 24/7, but no one answered at 10 PM local time! Ended up calling 911 for a tow truck! And they still mysteriously charged me money when returning the car!

No problems arrived at desk no queue dealt with straight away no attempt to upsell insurances as we had QEEQ / AXA insurance. They did not have a 12 seater which we had booked but straight away gave us a 15 seater. Good service

Excellent Third time using QEEQ and no issues with 3 different hire companies. Did not avail of price drop but did change vehicle size and supplier two weeks out and all refunds and changes handled smoothly. Might be nice day befire travel to get confirmation of booked vehicle availability

Overall experience was great. Only problem was the description of vehicle. It claims it seats 7-8. 10 yr olds maybe. We rented for a long trip and it seated 5 adults comfortably. Pick up and drop off were great. Staff at Avis were awesome!!! Very helpful. Vehicle road great and had all the bells and whistles you could hope for in a rental.
