We forgot to ask if it was HGS or OGS when picking up the car. Later, we were told the car had HGS, and we needed to buy a package for 20 Euros to use it. We bargained it down to 50 Lira, about 75 RMB, as we only used it for a small segment from Ephesus to Izmir and from Pamukkale to Ephesus. Others in our group paid around 30 Lira, and they were charged only for the actual usage of the toll roads. Additionally, a 700 Lira pre-authorization was placed after returning the car. Just yesterday, I noticed a 1 Lira charge, and I'm not sure why.

The car had 5/8 of the fuel tank and wouldnt refund the gas. They gaveusthe car at 1 oclock at night empty of gas. When asked to get full they wouldnt do it
