Overall satisfied, the car pickup process went smoothly without many issues.

First, no staff informed me that smoking was not allowed in the car when I picked it up. Second, when I was returning the car, there were two cars in front of me being inspected. I turned off the engine and waited outside smoking. When it was my turn, the staff asked if I was Chinese. I said yes, and he claimed he saw me smoking in the car. I told him I had been smoking outside while waiting for the inspection. He ignored me and insisted that I smoked inside, charging a $300 penalty on my credit card.

The waiting time in line was a bit long, but I was very satisfied with the car provided.

The service was excellent. We swapped cars three times over 11 days, and all issues were resolved promptly.

For a luxury rental with only 10,000 miles on it, you'd expect some things to be in good condition. First, the car had dings and scratches all over. We were told not to worry about it but if we were to take pictures. Glad we did because they tried to say we chipped the paint. But that wasn't the worst. We drove from SLC to Provo the night we got in and noticed the car was shaking a lot. We took the car to a Discount Tire in the morning to have it looked at. We planned to pay for balance and rotation ourselves just to save the hassle. BUT, two separate tire shops wouldn't touch the car because it was deemed unsafe. They would only put new tires on it. So we got on the line and it took about an hour to resolve it. They finally put new tires on with an account they had with Dollar. It delayed our day by about 3 hours total. Really irresponsible to not ensure their cars are safe before renting them. 2/32 tread on the tire with bare spots and radials showing. Absolutely something they should have cared to check and fix,
