I don't understand why they charged so much! They added a significant amount of insurance without any explanation. There were too many miscellaneous and unexplained charges.

The car was very dirty. After a few days, the remote didn't work anymore and throughout the rental I had warning messages on the dashboard (the car was long due for maintenance before the rental started). The customer service was terrible.
