Great car, but confusing and disrespectful service at pick up

Mileage shown on the out paper was incorrect-in their favour should I have done more than my allowance. Out paper showed tank full but it was only ⅞ full. I took it back full but it does niggle me that someone may be trying it on.

It would be better to describe the way much clearer and from Heathrow Airport to your location, find it very difficult to locate the shuttle and the right terminal. I ended up taking the TFL buses. Also make it simple to just say that your office is actually the Holiday Inn building, rather than a door number and a street name etc... Thanks

They are nothing short of thieves - they allure people with low rates and then charge some nonsensical rates for repairs and trust me they will find something to claim. Avoid at any cost and if you have to, make sure you buy insurance to zero excess. Picking the car up was an absolute nightmare. The person on the pickup desk dealing with us could not have been more rude and unhelpful if he tried. The handing over of the car was all ok though once we moved on from the paperwork side to handing over the car.

Fiat 500 was perfect size and very economical in fuel. Clean and pleasure to drive. The only improvement could be for those who renting on weekly basis is to roll deposit from one booking into another instead of taking new deposit and re registering again.
