When we returned the car, they said we had to pay a basic rescue fee of 35,000 ISK. When I tried to explain and negotiate, they directly charged my credit card without my consent and forced me to sign, then rushed us to the airport. Their attitude was extremely rude. I spent 9,000 RMB on this car rental and received such poor service. I am extremely disappointed and upset. It was truly a horrible car rental experience.
