The staff was extremely friendly. I had a lot of luggage and needed to go up the mountain, they suggested upgrading to a RAV4 which was a great idea.

Everything OK for booking. I am not convinced on the insurance though. Luckily, I did not need to use their services. I was told during pick-up that for any incident I have to pay all the costs and then recover from the insurance.

Terrible car rental company. The staff at the front desk were very unprofessional and charged me a huge amount for no reason. It's been two months since I complained and nothing has progressed. I hope others don't fall into this trap like I did.

Avis is a big company with quite a few renters. There was a small queue when picking up the car, but overall the process was smooth. It seems like they upgraded my car for free, as I originally booked a Hyundai I20 and ended up with a Mitsubishi SUV. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the car.
