Overall service was pretty good. The vehicle inspection and form-filling were quick, and there was no push for in-store insurance.

Rented a car from CHIT CAR RENT for the second time, good service, clear explanations

This car rental company is a scam. Everyone, do not rent cars from this company. When picking up the car, we told their staff that we would like to extend the rental by one more day. They said we could simply pay the same daily rate when returning the car. However, when we returned the car, they demanded 80% more for the extra day. When we asked to speak with the staff we had dealt with earlier, they claimed not to know who that was. We later found out that the section for staff signatures on the rental document was blank. They threatened to withhold our 5000B deposit if we didn't pay the higher fee. This is clearly unfair. Do not book cars here.

Except for the language barrier, everything else was fine. The staff turned on the air conditioning before the inspection upon car return, and when returning the car, staff were already waiting in the parking lot and escorted us to the departure hall. Much more convenient than expected.

The fact that it has an instructions section to find the rental company at the airport location was excellent!
