“Great Car and Customer Service/ Missing Apple air tag”

The people were kind and courteous. The car was great, clean, and perfect for what we needed. They got us checked in and out super fast. I enjoyed renting from them. Definitely, will use them when we go back to PR. On a separate note: I did have an Apple Air tag on our keyring that I forgot to take off. I did call twice and no one could find it, even though it pings that it's at the car rental location. I'll call again to see if they found it.

“Charlie car rental in Puerto Rico will force you to pay an extra $8 a day for a toll pass -No tolls!”

Finding the correct shuttle was very frustrating. I called Charlie car rental and was told - just look for a white van. The second time I called he said I had the wrong car rental.
