Extremely satisfied. I chose this car rental company with a sense of exploration, but today I must say, this is the most professional car rental company I've used in Europe. All the service terms were exactly as displayed on the website, with every charge clearly explained before making any transactions. The only downside is the mileage limit (the website shows 500 km/day, but it was actually 400 km/day when picking up the car). This mileage is not sufficient for a trip to the hot air balloon ride, as the round trip to the airport alone requires 650 km.
The process was very smooth; I completed the paperwork and picked up the car immediately. It was very clean, with a full tank, and the service was excellent.
The car model was not as advertised, but everything else was okay.
