Overall, it's okay. We booked a Ford Fiesta but got a Suzuki Baleno instead. When driving on the highway at speeds above 120 km/h, the car started to feel unstable, and there were warning alerts from the vehicle itself. The full insurance cost was around 230 per day, which doesn't seem very cost-effective.
Unreasonable charges. They claimed I violated traffic rules and deducted 1947 AED, but I was actually charged 2600 AED without explanation. They couldn't provide any reason or images for the charges.
