Car had a built in SatNav which was essential, but the upgrade was $280 ($20 dollars per day), over half again the $440 we paid QEEQ for the original booking.

The female Customer Service operative I spoke to on 22/04/22 was extremely helpful. She went far beyond what I expected and I am very grateful for the care, attention and dedication she showed. Many thanks.
Dislike: Had difficulty refilling vehicle; No assistance with gas service. Initially, did not know how to use.
Late arrival of email explaining from whom vehicle was to be collected. Was totally confusing when I arrived and enquired for EasyRentalCar and was told that no such company existed. Was assisted by Police Officer; no customer rep was present when vehicle was dropped off - early morning, but instructions were given on what was expected. Still in need of an official receipt.
