No Chinese language options, no charging port, and no phone mount. These small things caused significant inconvenience. During one trip, my phone battery was low, and I had to urgently return to the hotel. There was no information about gas stations, so I returned the car without a full tank and was charged extra for fuel.

Recommend to put a map of where is your counter for pick up. It took sometime for us to really know where is your stall according to the instruction stated in email. Eventually, we have to ask service counter about your location.
Drop off area, no staff. I called ahead to appointment the time to return. The staff told that I have to call 10 minutes before arriving. Absolutely, I could not call 10 minutes before arriving because I was driving and not supposed to make a call while I was driving. I got to the airport, so I had to find the ASAP staff. It took almost 30 minutes.
