FMC is extremely unprofessional.
1. It took seven or eight days to provide the rental agreement after pickup.
2. During vehicle return, they did not arrive at the agreed-upon time. Once at the company, they processed other customers’ returns while ignoring ours, delaying us by over ten minutes. This caused us to arrive at the airport more than 30 minutes late, almost missing our flight!
3. They made various unreasonable claims during the return process, alleging new damages and scratches. When asked to compare with the rental contract and initial vehicle photos, they could not provide any proof. After we presented our own photos, they admitted their mistake.
4. The FMC office is approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. The shuttle ride takes about 15 minutes, not including waiting time.

Very good. The rental company is located in a factory next to the airport. The owner is a race car driver. You need to call ahead when arriving at the airport. No upsells or fees. We drove over 2000 kilometers in 5 days. The vehicle was a Mercedes GLB.
