Long wait times, semi-self-service car pickup took a lot of time. The car had many exterior scratches, and I had to report them in advance. Waited in line for nearly an hour. The car was covered in scratches, and I had to send an email to the member center to report them. The pickup process was very poor.
They made me pay for pre-existed damage! I have the case opened by qeeq on that matter.
Beware of these scammers and always make them document every scratch and dent before you wheel out.
