The queue time was relatively long, all information needed to be entered on site, and the cars were only brought over after we arrived. The parking lot is located outside on a one-way street, which makes the process slightly inefficient.

I booked toyota camry (group D) car at 3 pm I went on time of collection, didn’t find the car i booked or similar in same class They gave me small suv car claiming that this is upgrade as my car or similar class not available I refused to take small suv and asked for a sedan, when they said this only available otherwise you can cancel the booking. I had a business trip and the car was highly needed, so i was forced to accept it

Very supportive

It takes me at least 40 minutes to get the car , and when I returned the car, they charged me double the fuel price without telling me that before, they are really manipulating their customers to get maximum money they could take, bad experience

Like: Car was new and in good condition. Best part is, got it at a great price after discount. The staff who showed us our car was friendly and honest.
Dislike: The staff at the counter could've been a bit friendlier (then again, it was close to midnight and they were probably tired). Although we took full coverage on the website, the staff at the counter still suggested we took a separate insurance at extra charge - which confused us as to why we should be taking 2 separate insurances. We decided to forego the offer of course.
