The car pickup location is not within the airport but in a desolate parking lot outside. There were hidden charges when returning the deposit, including a 50 Dirham airport parking fee, which was only refunded after I filed a complaint.
Overall, the car rental service is good with high efficiency and a friendly attitude. I'm just not sure about the deposit refund process.
