I strongly advise fellow travelers visiting Dubai not to rent from this company. It's better to choose reputable global chains. 1. They lure customers with seemingly low prices but impose many hidden charges, including deliberately charging for not returning the car with a full tank and exorbitant airport parking fees. 2. Their cars claim to be able to cross borders for self-driving trips, but in reality, due to current policies, some countries won't allow you to pass. Contact immigration authorities yourself instead of trusting the rental company—I was stopped at the border. At the time, I wondered why only their cars could cross, but later found out I was deceived. 3. They charged over 500 AED on my credit card, including many completely fabricated items, with some charges reaching absurd levels. It's best to choose a reputable global chain rental company to avoid these post-rental headaches and unnecessary frustration.

Rented a car for 4 days. The platform mentioned there would be a Chinese contract, but there wasn’t one! Aside from the fees prepaid on the platform, an additional 120 AED was charged onsite, claimed to be taxes, but it felt excessive. It’s unclear how much extra will be charged during pickup, as the platform couldn’t provide an answer and said it depends on the onsite process. Pros: The location is right at the airport exit, making it very easy to find. The rental process was quick, and the car was relatively new. We rented it for 11 days, and overall there were no major issues. However, the car's audio system was terrible, which might be due to the Nissan Kicks itself.
Cons: First, I suspect the car might have been in an accident before. The trunk door was full of glass shards, and after driving on bumpy roads, the glass shards scattered all over the trunk. This also caused the rear-view camera to be misaligned, which almost led to a collision while reversing. These were minor issues, though.
Second, we planned to cross the border from the UAE to Oman, traveling from Dubai to Abu Dhabi on the 5th and then from Abu Dhabi to Oman on the 8th. To do this, we needed an NOC document for border clearance. The rental office at the airport told us to come to the airport location between 3-6 PM on the 5th to collect the document and pay the fee. They said it had to be processed at their location and needed two days to prepare. I specifically emphasized that we would cross the border on the 8th and return on the 13th, not the 5th and 12th. On the 5th, when I arrived at the airport, I expected to pick up the document and leave quickly. However, the staff seemed clueless as if they had forgotten, and told me to wait 10 minutes. In the end, I waited 30 minutes. The airport parking fee is calculated by the minute; after 40 minutes, it cost me 80 RMB. Fine, I let that slide. But on the 8th, when I was preparing to cross the border, I discovered that the document was issued with the wrong dates—5th to the 12th instead of 8th to the 13th. I had a booked hotel reservation for the 13th, so I had to find the rental company in Abu Dhabi to correct the document. This not only delayed my trip by an entire day, but I also found out that I could have processed the border clearance document at any branch, not necessarily the airport. Not only was the document issued incorrectly, but I also had to unnecessarily pay for airport parking. To make matters worse, when I modified the document in Abu Dhabi, the staff told me it only takes 30 minutes to issue it. So why did I waste two days earlier? This is ridiculous. I will also post this experience on Xiaohongshu to help others avoid this trap!

Pretty good. Registration at the airport counter and car pickup at the parking lot counter. Both required some waiting time. The vehicle condition was average, and there was no upselling. Remember to take photos and videos when picking up the car. Upon returning the car, a slight scratch was found on the tailgate, but luckily I had video evidence proving it was already there when I picked up the car. Everything else went smoothly. Around a week after returning the car, the pre-authorization for toll fees was canceled.

The treatment of the rental contract was extremely negligent. When signing the contract: First, I noticed they had incorrectly entered the rental period as January 3-8 instead of January 3-12. Second, they wrote the deposit amount incorrectly, asking me to pay 2500 AED but noting 1000 AED in the contract, and then informing me it would take 25 days to refund the deposit. Third, even 30 days after returning the car, the deposit hadn't been refunded. When I called the number on the contract, it turned out to be another renter's contact. At the vehicle pickup, they were rushing me and didn’t give me enough time to inspect the car, despite the service including airport parking fees! The fuel tank was only half full, but when I asked the staff, they claimed it was full! During the car return, the staff at the store were discriminatory towards Chinese people, stating that Chinese drivers are all bad at driving. When I requested a refund of the deposit, they informed me it would take another 40 days. After returning the car, I discovered the store had fraudulently charged my debit card! The service was utterly terrible, full of fraud, delays, dishonesty, and discrimination.
