This rental company didn't have any Toyota RAV4 models available. They gave us a Jeep Compass instead, which was dirty and old. The trunk was half the size of the RAV4's. The only upgrade option was a Toyota Land Cruiser, and it cost 600 euros extra just to fit in our three pieces of luggage. A RAV4 would have had no issues fitting them all in, and because of that, we had to spend an extra 600 euros.
The car wasn't ready, the model was changed, the hybrid car had a small fuel tank, and the plug-in feature couldn't be used, which meant frequent stops for refueling. Very inconvenient.
