Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.
I had a great experience with Tamra car rental. The pick up and drop off process was quick and smooth. The car we hired was great and the staff were amazingly helpful. Thanks.
