Overall, we are satisfied, but the insurance sales pitch took a long time. We repeatedly emphasized that we had already purchased additional insurance, and only then did we get the car.

Customer service was very poor, and they forced us to buy insurance.

There were issues with the car rental order, and the vehicle had extensive damage that wasn't repaired before renting it out. I also encountered a problem where the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, which wasted a lot of my travel time awaiting rescue and a replacement car. I suggest not choosing this company.

So far the best we've tried in Cancun Airport! Friendly staff, faster process than Hertz or Entreprise, recent vehicle in good condition. Go for it!
