Absolutely the most hassle‑free car rental experience I’ve ever had.

Right outside the Cancun airport exit there’s a rental counter, and they run a free shuttle to the pickup lot. Super quick and smooth—had the car in about 10 minutes.

Overall the service was good, the car was in great condition, and the whole process was quick and convenient. The only downside was the relatively high deposit of $1,400 and the slow refund time.

Really great experience, everything was awesome. The counter is right inside the airport, you see it as soon as you walk out after landing, just a few dozen meters away on foot. They’re open 24/7, always staffed, so no need to worry about picking up the car in the middle of the night.
