Got the Old car (Old model more than 7 year ago). The car doesn’t support any new infotainment system (ie. Apple Carplay, Andriod Auto) or bluetooth connection.

This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized. ALSO NO RECEIPT OF THESE DEDUCTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please have this reversed.
