The overall experience with Cizgi has been slightly above average. The tyre condition of the car was poor and we had to take some decisions not to take the car in the North of Turkey in the hilly terrains. The drive and handling was excellent. The deposit back procedure was also poor as we had to go to different levels to get the deposit which was paid in cash back.

As always QEEQ was extremely helpful and tried there best.

Very satisfied. After collecting the luggage at Antalya Airport, the car rental booth is right outside the glass doors. There are many rental companies, it's quite easy to spot. An older gentleman efficiently completed the process.

The car was good, the service was excellent. For car rentals in Turkey, choose Cizgi—they are quick and efficient, and they didn't require a credit card deposit in my case, can't comment on other companies. The pick-up and return processes were particularly convenient, with simple and fast procedures.

Car did not have the trunk shell to cover luggage to prevent stealing. Turbo hose broke. But fixed the same day.

Машина была недостаточно чистой, особенно стекла. Также неудобно получать машину с пустым баком. Лучше с полным. Получение и возврат машины - отлично.
