I have tried to send the confimation to you seven times and all were rejected. You have the information you requested and this is bullshit to take up so much time. I should get the credit for the rental with QEEQ and if not will NEVER USE YOU AGAIN.
1. The rental company downgraded the vehicle and insisted that Lexus and Ford Kuga are of the same class.
2. Charged two deposits of 1800 euros each, which feels like buying the car outright.
When I picked up the car, the fuel tank was not full, even though the agreement stated to return it with the same fuel level. I returned the car with more fuel than I picked it up but still got charged 58 euros for not refilling the tank. Additionally, the car model was not as promised. This company is quite deceptive. Be cautious when choosing them.
Terrible experience. They inspected the car with a magnifying glass, charged 100 euros for a small scratch, 300 euros for a dent, and 50 euros for being slightly low on fuel. In the end, they charged 550 euros. The worst part is that the damage was not caused by the renter, and it was hard to see anything when picking up the car in the dark.
Worse experience renting a car. The staff at the Rome location were very unfriendly and rude. More interested in smoking cigarettes than anything else. Also try to sell additional insurances when I am fully covered. Joke
