They insisted on charging me a 500 cleaning fee for smoking. There was no prior communication, and the inspector just deducted the fee directly. This is very frustrating. Customer service is now involved to handle it.
Overall, very satisfied. However, during pickup, there was an Indian lady who replaced the previous staff, trying to sell road assistance insurance with a tough attitude. Not as good as the previous representative.
I prepaid for the tank of gas & was told that it would be prorated.
I returned the car with more than half tank but was billed for the full tank...
