Overall okay, except for the car pick up.

Abby Car was great. East Rent was no help. Great car. Terrible communication between Easy and us. Did not know where Abby was located and had no help from Easy. Stood at Arrivals for an hour running around looking forvhelp.

Communicating by yext with Easy seemed loke talking to China. No local phone numbers given!

For the price really couldn’t argue, offered to upgrade to a nicer car for €6 per day but we didn’t need it. The Hyundai coupe was ample for our needs. Was a little well driven motor, but got us from a-b. I had my over excess cover, and they weren’t pushy to take their damage waiver, which was very refreshing!

Horrible old Fiat. I didn't want to drive the whole car any more than I had to

I ordered Toyota Aygo,but we got Fiat Punto. At the office they told us that the Toyotas were finished, but I just wonder why they offer the car for rent, if they do not have it? i do not like Fiat Punto, Iwanted Toyota Aygo, but I did not get it, which was a problem for me, as Fiat was a very weak car and not with the characteristics of Toyota, no matter what upgrade it might be!

Like: it was easy to find the shuttle that took us to the renting place, friendly staff, the pickup process was fast and easy, they provided shuttle tot he airport after we dropped off the car,
