Unauthorized charges, waiting for customer service response.

After I specifically asked if there were any charges beyond what I prepaid, I was told no. However, in the end, I was charged nearly 30 dollars. This 30-dollar insurance fee was neither explained nor asked if I needed it. I even asked before signing, but this just feels like taking advantage of me not reading the English contract. Even if I did read it, it wouldn't have helped—they just lied.

Like: The service was excellent!
Dislike: Wasn't real crazy about the car. Used to setting up higher and felt like I was sitting on the road and scooting along.
