The staff are very professional, patient, and attentive. Picking up and returning the car is very convenient, and it's close to Mascot train station. As a large company, the service is very professional, and the process is quick. When returning a car to Budget, they ask if there were any collisions and if you've cleared your belongings from the vehicle. Once you've answered, simply hand over the key and you're done. You'll receive an email within twenty minutes.
Was a great car (except for the windscreen wipers)! They were extremely helpful in providing suggestions for alternative drop off at airport which made my travel plans much more convenient.

Had card fraud in between booking and paying and QEEQ customer service and chat was perfect to support the fix.
Very accommodating as we were early and got upgraded instead of having to wait.
A bond was held on our card (and returned quickly at the end of car hire), but never mentioned to us, so I was surprised. It got clarified when returning the car though.
