Great Car Hire Expereince

Took a long time in pick up qué, car had a lot of damage.

I did not need to wait in line But line could easily form if staff need to deal with any issues Only 2 members of staff to deal with both collection of cars and people waiting to drop off However not staffs fault could just use extra team members when busy Also drop off instructions not supper clear in car park outside Nothing telling you where to take the keys ?

Everything worked well not problems would use again

Car met expectations, the only downside was we waited nearly an hour at the desk to get the car and as you can imagine with an 8 year old and a long flight it was to long. Staff were lovely not there fault.

Easy to book

We had to wait quite a while at pickup but that was due to 3 flights around the same time. When we reached the counter the colleague was very nice, knowledgeable and went through the process swiftly.

Had no issues with the site. Everything went smoothly.

All good. No waiting time at Melbourne Airport, staff were very pleasant and easy to find car
