I clearly stated that I would return the car at 10 PM on the 31st, but there was no staff working at that time and nobody answered the phone. This caused me a lot of trouble.

Picking up the car was very convenient, right next to the airport with no obstacles. When returning the car, there were staff waiting in the parking lot. As soon as they saw us pull in, they approached us, checked the car and fuel, and let us go. Very convenient. The car we rented was different from the one we booked, but since the order mentioned 'or similar', it wasn't an issue.
