Great driving experience

I couldn't get a Challenger when picking up the car, so they gave me a Charger instead. I thought it was fine since it's at least a V6. But the rear tire of the car they gave me had a slow leak, almost left me stranded on the way to Grand Teton National Park. I had to keep inflating it while driving until I found a place to change the car. They tried to give me a Cruze, but after some negotiation, I got an Escape and had to pay an extra 61 dollars. Returning the car was relatively smooth, but a few hours later, they charged me 12 dollars, not sure what for. A few years ago, when I worked in North Carolina, Hertz had much better service. Not sure if it's a regional difference or if Hertz's service has declined significantly. I suggest not choosing Hertz...

The car is relatively new, only 3800 miles driven

car boot space was large and vehicle was spacious, although vehicle exterior appears abit old. pick up location could be abit clearer (e.g. hertz rental booth inside the hotel)

The car was an absolute dream to drive during our hire period. Initially thinking I needed an suv, but as it turned out the Chevy was an excellent drive. Good on fuel and with enough toys it was an all round solid drive.

Never used Easyrental before and was impressed with its overall service and realistic offers.
