Vehicle itself was clean and counter staff helpful but the car was not full (closer to 90%) and it also had only a 2% charge. As a hybrid, I'd expect better. Due to the small gas capacity, we were suddenly on empty during our initial journey.
Overall acceptable, but very dissatisfied with the changes in color and model.
