Teniendo en cuenta que llevas un seguro con AXA, creo que una retención en tarjeta de 1500€ resulta excesiva y desproporcionada en relación con el consumidor. La explicación que dan al respecto en ventanilla sobre su propio producto no es clara y parece que pretendiera sembrar dudas sobre la conveniencia de lo que ya has contratado en QEEQ
The vehicle we received they did not identify all the damages on the car before giving us the keys, there were 2 huge dents in the bumper, so when returning it they were looking at trying to charge me for it.
Just ensure you go over the car with a fine tooth cone (use your phone light) and take pictures of everything.

Car priced dropped after booking so got it even cheaper than what we initially paid.
I had paid to EasyRentCar full insurance coverages. But your partner Click Rent forced my to buy the same insurance for 138 EUR. I showed your booking documents, but it does not work: explanation was simple: I have to buy in local EasyRentCar office. And refused to give car. So I paid additionally to you full insurance and pick up car. “Official” explanation was that they can not accept deposit using my debit card (1300 EUR). But when we agree to pay 137 for EasyRentCar insurance, they did it successful using the same just rejected VISA – now my card was OK for deposit payment. My wife has credit cart, but it was not accepted too. So please do help my get back my payment for dublicate insurance. I have all documents and going to inform appropriate institutions about this cheating case.
