Would not use again. 45 minute wait plus then giving me a car that wasn’t anywhere close to a Nissan Maxima as advertised. Was told that it’s in the terms and conditions and despite arguing the merits of a Dodge Charger vs a maxima they were unmoved. Will not use again.
Car was not fully clean on outside and had barely been cleaned in inside. Inside had footmarks all across the doors from previous hire
The car rental counter is shared by several companies and has one person handling all clients. When we saw the handsome young man, he greeted us with a big smile and explained everything in detail, causing us to wait for a long time. However, when it was our turn, he hurriedly dealt with us senior ladies with just a few words.
I booked an economy car but upon arrival, there were no available cars. I waited 20 minutes and then got an upgrade to a larger vehicle. Here's the problem: The car hadn't been cleaned at all. The previous renter's leftover drink bottles were still inside. Very unprofessional. Poor service!
