“Beware of Europcar trying to charge for damage that is already there - take photos of the whole car.”

Pick up of car in a dark car park - hard to see any damage. There was damage on the wheel trims, which I took a photo of. The drop off location was very well lit, and the Europcar team said the wheel damage was caused by us. Fortunately I was able to show the photo evidence of the damage being there on pick up, but thought that the whole process was corrupt by Europcar. With the dark car park for pick up so we can't easily see damage when we pick up, but very well lit to help them in the drop off car park. Probably will not use Europcar again in the future - for this dirty con trick they tried.

One of the whorst rental company! The lady from the counter desk told me to solve my problem with the broker even I presented the voucher for the type of car that I paid for!!!
