Maybe the company planned to claim insurance fraud when I returned it. I could have let that go, but the car was also dirty and hadn't been inspected at all. Then on the return day, the car showed 'Add ADBlue.' Seriously? This diesel car required me to add AdBlue solution, but the car was parked in a city center parking lot without any AdBlue available, so I couldn't drive it out. I had to call for assistance multiple times, including calls to their office, before finally getting through. After waiting an entire morning, someone finally came. Following discussions, I couldn't waste more time waiting because I needed to get to Rome. Eventually, they let me leave the keys and go. Sigh... This made me miss my early morning flight, wasting over 2000 RMB on a non-refundable ticket, and I had to spend another 1000+ RMB on a six-hour connecting train ride to Rome. I could have arrived in Rome at noon, but instead, I got there after 7 PM. Unbelievable. Staff with such attitudes should lose their jobs. They don't even check the car's condition before giving it to customers. I will never use this rental service again.
