“Do not rent a car from Foco at Fortaleza airport”

Foco, the rental car company, did not find my reservation, and did not accept the voucher and other documents that I showed them.
They insisted that I have to make a new reservation, on a walk-in price, which was more than double of the Qeeq order.
Also, no one there spoke English, so we had to communicate via ggl translate, which made it harder.
On returning the car, Foco claimed that I need to pay 250Rs for cleaning the car. I had the car for a month, in an area with many bad roads. after some arguing, they waived it, and I was free to go.

After Foco did not find the reservation, I called Qeeq customer support who verified that my reservation is ok. They tried to talk with the Foco office, and then with the head office, and finally, after almost 3 hours (!) I got the car
The car was not serviced. One tire was getting low every two days. Windscreen wiper was not ok. Had to stop when was raining. The needed a alignment and balancing.
Tray to speak via what up with them, then never replayed.
