Pretty good. No extra charges. Washed the car before returning it, they checked the mileage, ensured the fuel tank was full, confirmed there were no scratches on the exterior, and quickly approved the return.
The overall service was decent, but not very satisfactory. Returning the car was rushed, especially considering Bangkok's traffic congestion. The process took a lot of time and they were quite unfriendly throughout. Picking up the car was also inconvenient, as I had to wait for half an hour because no one was at the counter.
The service was average, mainly because there were difficulties in communication. The car had scratches all over the body, but fortunately, I recorded a video before taking the car. It was a 6-minute video showing many small scratches. Please pay attention before picking up the car.
1. I originally reserved a Veloz due to having quite a lot of luggage this time, but was given a Sienta instead upon pickup. The luggage capacity was inadequate, and I had to book an additional vehicle to address the issue. 2. While passing through a police checkpoint in Pattaya, I was stopped and informed by the police that the vehicle registration displayed on the car was expired. I was instructed not to drive further and immediately notify the vehicle owner, which was Hertz car rental. This caused inconvenience and delays for all passengers for about ten minutes before being allowed to proceed.
