Extremely poor car rental company, 100% not recommended. Arrived 2 hours late due to my child's illness, despite it being a prepaid order with a no-show penalty of full payment. There was no reason for them not to hold the vehicle, especially since I called to inform them. When picking up the car, despite having the original car available, they insisted I pay $150 for an so-called upgrade. It's completely a scam. Waikiki's Hertz, Dollar, are the same company, and the service staff were very rude.
The staff was friendly. Our credit card had some issues, and the staff only charged us a symbolic $50, allowing us to drive the car without delaying our trip. This is commendable.
Thoughtful and attentive service! It felt like home even though I was abroad. They handled my order issues patiently and meticulously, helping me resolve the problems without any hassle!
We mistakenly left something in the car when we dropped it off. Tried to phone office, but phone message was that it was after hours even though it wasnt.
Did managed to get the item returned the next day.
