Rented the car for 9 days, the car was in good condition for 8 days, but on the last day, it showed an overheating warning. Please pay attention to vehicle maintenance to improve the rental experience.
The pickup location is inside the airport, but after issuing the document, they just instruct you to find their staff in the parking lot by yourself. It took a long time searching different parking levels and zones before I had to go back and confirm the location again. Additionally, the car's condition was poor, with numerous scratches, an unusual engine noise, and no windshield washer fluid.
The process was simple, no insurance was pushed, full tank policy, and they marked all existing damages. Three people with three 24-inch suitcases fit perfectly in the trunk.
Overall acceptable, but the car was changed at the last minute.
