The rental company is run by local Chinese, not a chain, located about seven kilometers from the airport. The fuel tank wasn't full, and the car provided wasn't the one I booked. There was also a mileage limit.
Super easy … much smoother than most of my rental experiences from the big companies. Very helpful staff.
