When renting the car, they will ask if you want to buy Austria's highway vignette. I didn't buy it; instead, I selected toll-free routes on the GPS, and it worked perfectly. The road conditions were great, and you could even stop along the way to take photos. When picking up the car, make sure to carefully record a video of the entire vehicle condition, especially the front, rear, and undercarriage. When I returned the car, they claimed there were a few damages and asked for evidence if it wasn't new damage. Luckily, I had recorded a video that proved those were old damages, so the rental company refunded my deposit without further questions.
The first car we received had an issue with one tire, the pressure was too low. The rental office staff arrived only at 8:30 AM. At the car exchange location, the staff also arrived late, at 8:10 AM. After returning the car, we couldn't wait for the staff to arrange transportation to the airport.
Compared to previous overseas rental companies, the car condition of this one is average. The vehicle has already run 90,000 kilometers. Although there are no major issues, it doesn't feel smooth to drive. The automatic transmission jerks noticeably, acceleration is weak, and it's quite fuel-consuming. The service attitude is acceptable.
