Bad coordination between 3rd party booker and rental car store

Front desk customer service employee fought with me. Not part of my conversation. They have contacted me about the issue. Very unprofessional. Terrible employees. Customer service means customer service.

the car was not up to expectations. i feel i deserve a discount for having to wait for a bad car to show up. i left for my trip late and in a car too small to take my packed luggage.

They had no car when I arrived I had to wait a long period they upgraded the car but I should Have been entitled to a discount for my hardship

Advantage management did not adequately plan enough cars to fulfill their reservations. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a car.

Yes I was booked the car with medium Suv/ Toyota RAV4. But when we arrived for pick up the car the staff told us the they ran out of SUV car. But we already book the car before. They offer me a small which not much space for the luggage. We have to wait for decied about 10-15 mins then another customer return a Toyota camry car. I ask them for that car. Thay said ok but they did not give me any discount even the Toyota camry is more cheaper then SUV. The staff was not helpful and friendly. Feel very upset for the first time with them. Waste money, waste time.!!
